Welcome to ABA Marketplace! We’re committed to ensuring the satisfaction of our customers while respecting the hard work of our sellers. Since digital products are unique in nature, our return and refund policy is designed to balance customer satisfaction with seller protection.

Overview

Digital products sold on ABA Marketplace include a variety of resources relevant to Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) professionals. Due to the digital format of our products, we handle returns and refunds as follows:

Refund Eligibility

  • Faulty Product: If the digital product is not as described, is corrupted or has technical issues that prevent it from being used as intended, customers are eligible for a refund.
  • Duplicate Purchase: In cases where a customer accidentally purchases a digital product more than once, we offer a refund for the duplicate transaction(s).
  • Non-Delivery: If a digital product is not delivered to the customer’s account due to technical issues on our end, the customer is eligible for a refund.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Change of Mind: Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not offer refunds for changes of mind.
  • Failure to Comply with Product Requirements: If a customer is unable to use a product due to ignoring the product’s system requirements (stated on the product page), a refund will not be offered.
  • Product Discontent: We encourage customers to carefully review the product description and any available previews before purchase. We do not offer refunds for dissatisfaction with the product content when it matches the description provided by the seller.

Refund Process

  1. Request Submission: Customers must submit a refund request within 7 days of purchase through our customer service portal, including a detailed explanation of the issue and any relevant evidence (e.g., screenshots).
  2. Evaluation: Our team will review the request and may contact the customer for further information. This process typically takes up to 5 business days.
  3. Outcome Notification: Customers will be notified of the outcome via email. If approved, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Seller Responsibility

Sellers are responsible for ensuring their digital products are accurately described, function as intended, and do not violate any copyrights or trademarks. Sellers must adhere to the BACB and RBT ethics codes. Failure to comply may result in the removal of the product and potential suspension from ABA Marketplace.

Modifications to the Refund Policy

ABA Marketplace reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time to better serve our community or comply with legal requirements. Customers and sellers will be notified of significant changes.
